SUBJECT:
Application for Conditional Use submitted by Dora E. Duran to operate a child day care, Dora's Learning Center at 1905 Okeechobee Road, zoned C-3, subject to conditions.
SUMMARY:
The applicant is requesting Conditional Use approval for the Child Care Facility. The proposal is to provide child day care services to approximately 25 children, ages 1 to 10 years old.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve with the following conditions: that all landscaping be completed prior to final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy and that the parking lot lighting is up to code.
