RECOMMENDATION

The requested Application for Preliminary Plat meets the criteria as specified in Chapter 18 of the City Code of Ordinances and is consistent with the City’s Land Development Code and Comprehensive Plan, therefore Staff recommends that the Planning Board forward a recommendation of Approval to the City Commission, subject to the following condition:

1. Prior to the submittal of the Final Plat, address all of the Engineering Comments on the Plat document.
