SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 19-R28 appointing Craig P. Rogers, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of two (2) years with two 2-year renewal options.
SUMMARY:
Attorney Rogers responded to RFP No. 2019-010 and was ranked second after reviewing the bid submittal and the interview process. Craig P. Rogers, Esq. has served as the Special Magistrate for Plantation, Florida for over eight years and has extensive knowledge of land use and real estate law.
RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint Craig P. Rogers, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of two years with two 2-year renewal options.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the recommendation to appoint.
