SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 19-R29 appointing Claudette Pelletier,, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of two years with two 2-year renewal options.
SUMMARY:
Attorney Pelletier responded to RFP No. 2019-010 and ranked third after reviewing the bid submittal and the interview process.. Claudette Pelletier, Esq. served as the Special Magistrate for Port St. Lucie in 2018 with experience in local government law, real estate law and administrative law.
RECOMMENDATION:
Appoint Claudette Pelletier, Esq. as Special Magistrate for an initial term of two years with two 2-year renewal options.

Deny the recommendation to appoint.
