ACTION DATES:

1. Special Magistrate Hearing - June 8, 2016. The owner was present and provided testimony. They had started work that required a permit when there was a plumbing leak at the property.  An Order Determining Violation was issued providing 60 days to obtain a permit or a daily fee of $100.00 would begin to accrue.
2. A letter from the owner was received on October 6, 2017, requesting that the fine be reconsidered.
3. A Massey Letter was sent on October 9, 2017.
4. An Affidavit of Compliance was recorded on May 6, 2019.   Fines total $940.00.
5. Request for Fine Reduction or Rescindment was received on May 15, 2019.
