CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

1. Please remove all wood, storage bins, trash and all other miscellaneous items located in front of yard.
2. Please remove all indoor furniture located in front of yard.
3. Please remove garbage containers and place them to the side or the back of the house. 

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
