SUBJECT:
Approval of the amended Interlocal Agreement for temporary animal sheltering services with St. Lucie County and Port St. Lucie.
SUMMARY:
Subsequent to the approval by the Fort Pierce City Commission on September 23, 2019 of the Interlocal Agreement, St. Lucie County made minor changes. The changes are as follows: the term is shortened to 6 months and the termination clause was extended from 30 days to 45 days notice.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve interlocal agreement.

Proceed as directed by City Commission
