ACTION DATES:
July 26, 2021 - An inspection of the property found it was not in compliance. Fines of $100 per day started.
August 5, 2021 - Notice of fines (Massey Notice) provided to owner.
August 17, 2021 - Request for Massey Hearing sent by owner. (Owner advised property not in compliance).
October 18, 2021 - Property was found to be in compliance. Fines were stopped and Massey Hearing scheduled.
