SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 22-008 - An ordinance extending the territorial limits of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, to include one (1) parcel at or near 2602 McNeil Road in Fort Pierce, Florida. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
- The applicant is requesting a voluntary annexation of one (1) parcel at or near the southeast corner of Okeechobee Road and McNeil Road in Fort Pierce, Florida. The parcel ID is 2419-422-0003-000-9.
- The subject property has a St. Lucie County Future Land Use designation of Commercial (COM) and a St. Lucie County Zoning designation of Commercial Office (CO). To ensure consistency with Policy 1.11.5 of the City’s Comprehensive Plan, the proposed Future Land Use designation is General Commercial (GC) with a Zoning classification of Office Commercial (C-1).
