SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 23-024 Amending Chapter 103, Article II "Building Code," Division 2 of the Code of Ordinances Entitled "Building Fees." SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
Proposed Ordinance will provide clarification of requirements and fees for Development Permit Compliance Review and building permit fees, and updates to the plan review, miscellaneous fee schedules and refund policy. Also included are changes to the incentive and optional service/fee reduction and penalty fee schedules.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of proposed Ordinance 23-024 Amending Chapter 103, Article II "Building Code," Division 2 of the Code of Ordinances Entitled "Building Fees."
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve at this time.
