RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the following be ordered:
- The violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions.
- Failure to comply will result in a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
