RECOMMENDATION:
The city requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation(s) exists, that the following be ordered:
1. The violator(s) be given 5 days to:

- Move all trash/recycling containers to the side or rear of the structure on non-collection days.
- Remove all coverings from the windows throughout the home.
- Refrain from parking all vehicles on the grass.
- Remove all ladders, drywall, milk crates, buckets, garden tools and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
- Remove all kitchen table chairs, living room and all other indoor furniture located throughout yard.
- Cut all overgrown grass and trees throughout the property.
- Remove or repair fence throughout the property.
- Repair all exterior walls where rotting has occurred.
- Repair the roof where deterioration has occurred. A Permit may be required. Please contact the Building Department (772)467-3718.
