On October 11, 2023, Special Magistrate Ross found the owner in violation and ordered 30 days to pay a fine of $4,500.00 and 48 hours to remove all advertisements for Short Term/ Vacation rentals until the Short Term/ Vacation rental registration and Business Tax Receipt are obtained, or a daily fine of $250.00 would start, and all utilities would be suspended.
