Resolution 24-R26 Addressing Non-Compliant Liens
SUMMARY:
A Resolution directing staff to address any lien that has become non-compliant following the adoption of amendments to Chapter 1, Article II - Code Enforcement and Chapter 24 - Nuisances.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the Resolution as presented.
