Annexation - Savannah Landing Partners 
2427-801-0056-000-3 and 2427-801-0053-000-2 

SUMMARY:

Request for review a Voluntary Application for Annexation of two (2) parcels of land at or near the intersection of S. US Highway 1 and Dickson Drive. The Parcel IDs are 2427-801-0056-000-3 and 2427-801-0053-000-2 (310 Dickson Dr.) The current County Future Land Use (FLU) is Residential High (RH) and current County Zoning is Residential-Multi Family 11du/ac (RM-11). The applicant is proposing a City FLU designation of Residential High (RH) 12-18 du/ac and City Zoning designation of High Density Residential (R-5). 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommendation is for the Planning Board to move the proposed annexation application for Approval to City Commission.
