SUBJECT:
Request for Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Costs in the amount of $3,015.00 associated with the defense of complaints filed with the Commission on Ethics against Thomas Perona which were dismissed.
SUMMARY:
Complaints 14-041 and 14-123 . A probable cause hearing was heard before the Ethics Commission on September 11, 2015. This request has been reviewed by an external independent attorney and deemed to be acceptable based on federal, state and local laws. Both Complaints were dismissed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Reimburse the Attorney Fees and Cost associated with the defense of Complaints 14-041 and 14-123 to Thomas K. Perona in the amount of $3,015.00.
