SUBJECT:
Request for Reimbursement of Legal Fees and Costs in the amount of $2,325.00 associated with the defense of a complaint filed with the Commission on Ethics against Edward Becht which has been dismissed.
SUMMARY:
Complaint 14-040. A probable cause hearing was heard before the Ethics Commission on October 23, 2015. This request has been reviewed by an external independent attorney and deemed to be acceptable based upon federal, state and local laws. The complaint was dismissed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Reimburse the Attorney Fees and Cost associated with the defense of Complaint 14-040 to Edward Becht in the amount of $2,325.00.
