SUBJECT:
Approve award of Bid No. 2025-028 for CDBG Residential Rehabilitation for 318 N. 18th Street Fort Pierce, FL to De La Hoz Builders, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $92,310.00
SUMMARY:
The Grants Division has partnered with the Purchasing Division to solicit bids for the following: CDBG Residential Rehabilitation, 318 N. 18th Street, Fort Pierce, FL. The invitation was sent to 607 vendors. Ten (10) vendors requested specifications with one (1) responding (10%) plus 0 “NoBid” (10% total response).
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the approval to De La Hoz Builders, Inc in the amount not to exceed $92,310.00.
