SUBJECT:

Resolution 25-R53 approving the assignment of Grant Agreement 25SRP28 City of Fort Pierce for the Wastewater Resilience and Adaptation Phase II project to the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority.

SUMMARY:

This grant was applied for by the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) under the City of Fort Pierce, for the City of Fort Pierce Wastewater Resilience and Adaptation – Phase II project.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of grant agreement 25SRP28 by the City of Fort Pierce for the assignment of the Wastewater Resilience and Adaptation - Phase II project to Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA).

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff shall proceed as directed by commission.

Rachel Tennant, Public Affairs and Sustainability Director, Fort Pierce Utilities Authority

COORDINATED WITH:

The Grants Division will collaborate with FPUA regarding the administration of this grant and its associated responsibilities. Given that the City is the official grant recipient and remains accountable for compliance, the Grants Division will coordinate with FPUA to monitor progress and ensure all grant obligations are met.
