RECOMMENDATION:
The appellant has advised of a legitimate security event that occurred while out of town. Alarm history shows that an audible incident occurred triggering the alarm. FPPD responded to the alarm and cleared the call as a false alarm. However, staff does not have evidence to contradict that a legitimate security incident didn't occur. Therefore, the City requests that the Special Magistrate grant the request for appeal.
