SUBJECT:
Legislative Hearing - Ordinance 18-042 Amending Chapter 13; Changing the Retirement vesting period from 10 years to 5 years for the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority, correcting Scrivener's error in Ordinance 18-037, adopted by Commission November 5, 2018. SECOND READING
SUMMARY:
The amendment of Chapter 13 of the Code to change the vesting years of service for Fort Pierce Utilities Authority employees from 10 years to 5 years; to include employees hired on or after October 1, 2012.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance No. 18-042, amending Chapter 13 of the Code.
