CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove all miscellaneous items from being stored throughout the property. Please store all items in an enclosed shed or an enclosed garage.
- Please remove all indoor furniture from being stored outside throughout the property. Please place all indoor furniture inside of the house.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be fined $50.00 for every day the violation existed since the last hearing (April 6, 2021 to today) plus $50.00 per day for every day the violation continues to exist.
