Special Closed Meeting (Attorney-Client Session) pursuant to F.S. 286.011(8) to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy session related to litigation expenditures in connection with pending litigation, Robert Creswell vs. City of Fort Pierce, et al., U.S. District Court Case No. 17-CIV-MARTINEZ-MAYNARD.

Announcement of estimated length of attorney-client session.

Retirement Board Chairman announce the names of those in attendance.

Retirement Board Chairman announces the time, and this meeting is hereby adjourned until the completion of the attorney-client session.

Shade Meeting begins.

The attorney-client sessions, having been concluded, this meeting is hereby reopened.
