Update from staff on the legal request to create a Code of Conduct and Procedure Manual.

Update on the Commission Workshop to be held on May 13, 2019.

Review of the incident at 1923 Avenue D that was brought to the Committee's attention during the April 11, 2019 public comments.

Presentation on Crisis Intervention Training.

Discussion on proper procedure for a citizen to file a complaint.

Discussion on the Code of Conduct and expectations when a Committee member is interacting with the community and social media.
