Please sign the sign-up sheet in order to speak.  Please limit your comments to no more than five (5) minutes, as this section of the Agenda is limited to thirty minutes.  The Parks Advisory Committee will not be able to take any official action under "Comments from the Public" section.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
 
  1. Approval of minutes from December 10, 2020 meeting.

OLD BUSINESS
  1. Coach Fenn Reconstruction Project - Review conceptual design, pricing, and steps to move forward to prepare for Conference Agenda Presentation. Mike to submit a drawing from Engineering (including new idea to put parking behind backstop) & liability report from Risk Management. Charlene to update priorities list. ID funding sources: Caleta, Kaboom, FPUA, B&G Club, etc. Mike to determine $s in account from parks impact fees & MSVU.
  2. NW Pioneers Park completion of honored pioneer plaques. Finalize presentation to Commission.
  3. Volunteer Park Ranger Program - Finalize presentation points to Commission.
  4. Completion of Special Use Permit for vendors in City Parks. Mike will provide an update on status and schedule for implementation.
  5. Renaming of formerly PAL (Police Athletic League) Park. Report to Commission update.
  6. Preparation and schedule for presentation at Commission Conference Agenda.

NEW BUSINESS
  1. Discuss Adopt-a-park Program. Martha will share information.
