Community Youth Event Planning
- Review and discussion of flyer
- Pizza or boxed lunches?
- 3 wristband colors (pink, purple, ?)
- Work with your partner (share ideas and identify possible presenters for breakout sessions)
- Chairwoman, Vice Chair, and 2nd Vice Chair will work together on the event schedule and overall flow
- Finalize list of presenters
- Provide a progress report
