Special Closed Meeting (Attorney-Client Session) of the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.011(8) to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy session related to litigation expenditures in connection with pending litigation – City of Fort Pierce vs. Petroleum Marine Consultants, LLC and RGD & Associates, Inc., Case No. 56-2014-CA-001984 (BC) Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit.
