CONSENT AGENDA
a.
Request from David Buryanek, 1811 S. 30th Street, Ft. Pierce, FL for an extension of 12 months to pay the two reduced code enforcement liens and lot clearing lien in the amount of $2,500.00 against 1815 S. 30th Street, parcel ID no. 2417-506-0105-000-5.
b.
Approve grant award for Mr. Wilson Ruiz for his business, W&J Caribe II Foods, Inc. in the amount of $3,000 as an eligible recipient under the 2015-2016 CDBG Action Plan - Grant Award for Small Business.
c.
Approval to purchase two (2) Mercury 150 HP Boat Motors from Ameracat, Inc, Fort Pierce, FL, in the amount not to exceed $16,000.00.
d.
Approval to award contract for emergency replacement of Commission Chambers audio and presentation equipment to VIVID A//V Solutions in an amount not to exceed $124,101.
e.
Approval of Blanket Orders for Public Works for FY 2017 to ensure efficient maintenance, service and repair of all City owned facilities, amenities and equipment.
f.
Approve the repair and overhaul of the hydraulic boom lift on Vehicle # 21368 by Stamm Manufacturing in an amount not to exceed $14,280.40.
g.
Request the purchase of two (2) 60" Dixie Choppers mowers in the amount not to exceed $19,868.

Ordinance No. 16-017 amending Chapter 2 Sections 2-254, 2-259 and 2-260(b) of the Code of Ordinances to establish new procedures for processing citations and amending the Classes of Violations. SECOND READING

Ordinance No. 16-018 correcting a scriveners error in classification of dwelling rentals in certain zoning districts within the use table. SECOND READING
c.
Ordinance No. 16-019 Levying and collecting taxes for Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2016 and ending September 30,2017; adopting Final Millage Rate. SECOND READING
d.
Ordinance No. 16-020 Adopting a Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2017, beginning October 1, 2016 and ending September 30, 2017. SECOND READING

Resolution 16-R45 Re-appointing Darryl Bey to serve on the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority Board.

Resolution 16-R46 approving the Mayor's appointment of Patricia L. Diaz to fill the unexpired term of James H. Brown.
c.
Approval of letter supporting the submittal of a Mobility Enhancement Grant application by the St. Lucie County Community Transportation Coordinator to the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged.
