Approval of Specific Authorization No. 1 with BCER Engineering for Building Condition Assessments for Percy Peek Gymnasium and Cobb's Landing in an amount not to exceed $27,770.00.
B.
Approval of Specific Authorization No. 1 with TLC Engineering Solutions for Means Court HVAC and Envelope Assessment in an amount not to exceed $24,900.00.
C.
Approval of Specific Authorization No. 2 with Inspire Placemaking Collective for Marina Square Design and Cost Advancement in an amount not to exceed $97,000.00.
D.
Approval of ten (10) year Restrictive Covenant for the City of Fort Pierce Florida Highwaymen Museum preserving it as a cultural facility as the result of receiving the state renovation grant.
