Mayor Hudson called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

Commissioner Alexander arrived at 9:01 a.m.
Commissioner Perona arrived at 9:04 a.m.
Commissioner Sessions arrived at 9:07 a.m.

Proposed FY 2018-2019 General Fund Budget, FPRA Budget and Enterprise Fund Budgets

Johnna Morris, Finance Director, made her presentation on the proposed budget.
 
b.
Capital Improvement Projects - FY 17/19 to FY21/22

Jack Andrews, City Engineer and Devoshay Johnson, IT Manager, made a presentation on the Capital Improvement Program.

Commission agreed to have the next workshop scheduled for August 2 to discuss School Resource Officers.
