Due to the change of ownership of this property, the Order of Violation was against the previous owner, Ignacio Torres, who is present. Mr. Coss asks that the Order be set aside and a new Order Determining Violation be done against the current owner. Mr. Torres submits presented a quit claim deed that is not correctly signed. The Special Magistrate sets aside the original order. The new order will name the current owner Tomjack Investments LLC as the party responsible for the violations.

The owner contests stating the disgruntled tenants destroy property in order not to pay rent and wants consideration for that. The Special Magistrate suggests that she make a video of the condition of the property prior to renting a property to a tenant. Ms. Williams reluctantly accepts the reduction. The Special Magistrate reduces the fine to $567.42 to be paid within 6 months.
