Mr. Shaun Coss reads the case into the record, however Inspector Will Carbonell may testify to some of the violations. Due to the change of ownership of this property, the Order of Violation was against the previous owner, Ignacio Torres, who is present.  Mr. Coss asks that the Order be set aside and a new Order Determining Violation be done against the current owner.  Mr. Torres submits presented a quit claim deed that is not correctly signed.  The Special Magistrate sets aside the original order.  The new order will name the current owner Tomjack Investments LLC as the party responsible for the violations.

Mr. Shaun Coss presents case for the City.  He explains that the owner information was incorrectly recorded and put on record with the Property Appraiser's office and therefore the correct owner, who lives in Argentina, was never properly noticed.  He asks that the previous order be vacated, and that staff make a reinspection to determine if any violations still exist.  The Special Magistrate vacates the previous order.

Mr. Coss presents the case for the City.  Brenda Williams, the owner is present.  The City offers a reduction of the fines to $567.42.  The owner contests stating the disgruntled tenants destroy property in order not to pay rent and wants consideration for that.  The Special Magistrate suggests that she make a video of the condition of the property prior to renting a property to a tenant.  Ms. Williams reluctantly accepts the reduction.  The Special Magistrate reduces the fine to $567.42 to be paid within 6 months.
