Mr. Shaun Coss presents the case for the City.  The City offers a lien reduction in the amount of $1,500.00. The owner, Ms. Lazare agrees to the reduction.  The Special Magistrate explains that the recommendation has to be approved by the City Commission.  The Special Magistrate reduces the lien to $1,500.00 and will send the recommendation to the City Commission.
