Motion was made by Michael Waldrop, seconded by Holly Theuns to excuse the absences of Donald Bergman, James Matula, and Reed Sudderth. A voice vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.

STAFF COMMENTS

Mr. Coss indicated that at the next meeting (to be held July 9, 2019) at the suggestion of the city attorney , the Board will choose a Chair and Vice-chair. Staff also welcomed Ms. Wanda Gahn, the newest Board member.

City Attorney Peter Sweeney clarified that he would be representing staff, as the Board acts collectively as a "judge" such as the Special Magistrate, and therefore does not need representation.
