CONSIDERATION OF ABSENCE(S)
 

Motion was made by Ralph Fogg, seconded by Holly Theuns to excuse the absences of Robert Allen and Reed Sudderth, who had notified staff of their prior commitments and inability to attend today's meeting. A voice vote was taken and the motion was unanimously approved.

ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
 

Motion was made by Ryan Collins, seconded by Holly Theuns to approve the agenda as is; with no additions or deletions. A voice vote was taken, and the motion was approved unanimously.
