MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF CONTRACTORS OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, HELD IN THE CITY COMMISSION CHAMBERS, 100 NORTH U.S. #1, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, AT 9:00 A.M. ON TUESDAY, December 10, 2019.

CONSIDERATION OF ABSENCE(S)

Since Mr. Collins indicated he would be attending, Chairman Bergman decided to wait to vote on consideration of absences. It was noted that Mr. Sudderth indicated beforehand that he would be unable to attend the meeting due to a prior commitment.

ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
 

Motion was made by Holly Theuns, seconded by Michael Waldrop to approve the agenda as written. A voice vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.

Motion was made by Holly Theuns, seconded by Ralph Fogg to approve the minutes of the November 12th meeting as typed. A voice vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.
