NEW BUSINESS
a.
Arts and Culture Master Plan Review
1.
Discussion included the proposal of redrafting the Arts and Culture Master Plan over the next several months. The committee will refocus on goals, tasks and priorities. Once complete, the new plan will be brought before the City Commission.
b.
Fall Art Camp
1.
Discussion included the board volunteering and/or finding volunteers for Spring Art Camp in 2020. Dates need to be finalized ASAP.

a.
Discussion included possible chalk art projects throughout the PAD and LP areas.

BOARD DISCUSSION
a.
Discussion included Heathcote Lights start on November 29, art projects in the community garden and things that are happening in the City of Paducah.

STAFF DISCUSSION
a.
Staff discussed informed the Board about the Paint Our Town Program and the possible expansion of the Central Business District
