Ms. Davis gave an overview of the application. Gary Rogers, Applicant, and David Latham, Representative from Geosyntec Consultants, answered questions from the Board. Board discussion ensued.

- Payment in-lieu-of for the sidewalk implementation is submitted at time of Building permit submittal.
