STRATEGIC PLANNING MINUTES

Strategic Planning Meeting - Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - 8:30 a.m.
City Hall - 2nd Floor Conferent Room, 100 North U.S. #1, Fort Pierce, Florida

Call to Order
Mayor Hudson called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m.

  • Commissioner Jeremiah Johnson
  • Mayor Linda Hudson
Absent:
  • Commissioner Rufus Alexander
  • Commissioner Reginald Sessions
Staff Present:
  • Linda Cox, City Clerk
  • Nicholas Mimms, City Manager
  • Peter Sweeney, City Attorney
Commissioner Alexander arrived at 8:37 a.m.
Commissioner Sessions arrived at 9:00 a.m.

Strategic Planning Workshop

Lyle Sumek, Sumek & Associates - Working Document (will be updated the date of the workshop)

Mr. Lyle Sumek reviewed with the Mayor and Commission the draft strategic plan and action items and walked them through establishing priorities for the upcoming year.   He will reduce to writing all of their priorities and provide to the City Manager.

COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC

Any person who wishes to comment on any subject may be heard at this time. Please limit your comments to three (3) minutes or less, as directed by the Mayor, as this section of the Agenda is limited to thirty minutes. The City Commission will not be able to take any official actions under Comments from the Public. Speakers will address the Mayor, Commissioners, and the Public with respect. Inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

Mayor Hudson adjourned the meeting at 12:38 p.m.
