Chairman Bergman said that the responsibility would fall to the Board, because each case and application is unique.
Mr. Coss noted that it would need to be addressed by City Ordinance, and it would depend on the Board's limitations after the enactment of the House Bill that takes effect in 2024. He also noted that a new assistant city attorney will be at the next meeting if they would like to discuss it at that time.
