CHAIRMAN VIEWPOINTS
Vice-Chair Taylor gave 3 viewpoints:
- Ellen Mancini has decided to take her talents somewhere else. We wish her well.
- A lot of developments in our redevelopment area. We should feel very proud about our contribution to that.
- All the recommendations that we have been able to  move forward to the FPRA have been valued and accepted.

5.
OLD BUSINESS

a.
Review Incentives and Residential Lien Reduction Program at the Request of Vice-Chair Taylor
Shyanne Harnage gave an overview of the residential incentive and its goal to promote residential new construction of single family homes in the CRA and explained the process of how the incentive program would work. She also explained the lien reduction program and how there is already a program in place but the liens are still vast and expensive. The idea is to go through a development agreement and to see how to reduce cost and reduce liens. Liens will be reduced and the property owner will have a certain amount of time to build the home, if that is not done, the orginal amount will have to be paid through their taxes.

b.
FPRA Logo Contest
Shyanne Harnage explained to the Committee the FPRA logo contest and how she went about to choose the website program, 99 Designs. She shared  some of the top choices and asked for their feedback in case some changes need to be made before choosing a winner and presenting them to the FPRA. The committee gave their input and which ones they liked and didn't.

6.
NEW BUSINESS

a.
Disposal of Surplus Property
Shyanne Harnage presented the surplus properties and explained the process of evaluating the Bids and awarding the properties. She presented all the properties and who was awarded the properties. The committee will make a motion and second for each property bid.
