Special Closed Meeting (Attorney-Client Session) of the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, pursuant to Florida Statute 286.011(8) to discuss settlement negotiations or strategy session related to litigation expenditures in connection with pending litigation:
Dickerson Florida, Inc. vs. The City of Fort Pierce (Case No. 562014CA000260), Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit.
Closed session is anticipated to take approximately 1 hour and will be recorded by a certified court reporter. At this time, City Clerk Linda Cox left the meeting.
