 Approval of the Minutes of the June 14, 2022 Meeting.

The July 12th and August 9th meetings were cancelled due to lack of quorum.

Motion was made by Reed Sudderth, seconded by Brandon Nobile to approve the minutes of the June 14, 2022 meeting as typed. A voice vote was taken and the motion was unanimously approved.

A roll call vote was taken and the motion passed unanimously.
