Temporary Parking Solution - FEC Parking Lot (North of Orange Avenue)
Audria Moore-Wells presented to the Committee the possibility of utilizing the FEC Parking Lot as a temporary parking solution. The committee discussed the pros and cons and decided to not recommend leasing the lot for parking.

Public Parking at 1200 Block of Avenue D
Audria Moore-Wells presented another possible parking solution which is the City owned lot at the 1200 Block of Avenue D. This would benefit the Highwaymen Museum and the Root. The committee agreed and voted to proceed with recommending this lot for public parking.

The Committee voted to recommend for the go ahead to lease the lot on Atlantic Avenue and Melody Lane.

The Committee voted to turn the lot on Depot Drive and Boston Avenue to a permanent parking solution with all the requirements of asphalt, lighting, and landscaping so that it may attract for parking.
