A.
Approval of Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Proposed FY2015/2016 Budget
Ms. Gloria Johnson was available to answer any questions regarding the Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency budget. Mr. Mimms confirmed that the FPRA has no employees.

NEW BUSINESS
A.
FPRA Resolution 15-03 - Appointing Al Johnson to serve on the Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Committee.
City Clerk Linda Cox read the resolution title into the record.

Commissioner Alexander inquired if the CRA has any revenues coming in from properties. Mr. Schwerer indicated that we have rental income from Cobb's Landing restaurant as well as the FPRA Marina. Ms. Johnson confirmed they estimated those revenues at $148,000.00. All income is used to pay the debt service.
