CALL TO ORDER
Audria Moore-Wells called the December 15, 2022 meeting to order at 4:02 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Approval of Minutes from the November 17, 2022 Meeting
Motion was made by Sara Cheney, seconded by Mia Morrison to approve the minutes of the December 15, 2022 Youth Council Meeting.

NEW BUSINESS
a.
Discuss the 2023 YOCO Calendar, Priorities, and Goals
Audria Moore-Wells went over potential events the Youth Council could participate in, Florida League of Cities Annual Conference Program and Community Service Contest. The deadline for the Photo and Video contest passed, but they could prepare for the 2023 contest.She requested that the Committee work on an agenda for the upcoming meeting and come up with some ideas for the contest.
Audria turned the meeting over to Chairperson Sara Cheney so that she may give her ideas and expectations for this upcoming year. The Committee came up with different ideas and activities they could participate in.
At the end of the meeting, Audria asked that the Committee come up with 3 top priorities for the City of Fort Pierce, what they would like to accomplish and based on those priorities they will develop strategies on how to implement or get the word out to the Community as well present in front of the City Commission.
Audria turned the meeting over to Chairperson Sara Cheney so that she may give her ideas and expectations for this upcoming year. The Committee came up with different ideas and activities they could participate in.
