Meeting Procedures and Quasi-Judicial Hearing Training- Randy Mora, Esq.
Sara Hedges, City Attorney, introduced Randy Mora, Esq. who provided a training on public meeting principles, conflicts of interest and voting conflicts, a general overview of Sunshine Law, public meeting requirements, and legislative and quasi-judicial hearing procedures, standards of proof, due process, and competent substantial evidence.
