Minutes from the April 12, 2016 meeting
Motion was made by John George, and seconded by Robert Poitier to approve the minutes from the April 12, 2016 meeting.

NEW BUSINESS
a.
Conditional Use with New Construction - Drawdy Concrete Construction Truck Yard - 2551 Peters Road
Mr. Benton gave an overview of the application and answered questions from the Board on drainage and fuel storage.
Richard Laventure with Laventure and Zeiss Engineering, provided additional information on the drainage and clarified that the fence will be an 8 foot completely opaque wood fence along the entire west property line.
Danny Drawdy, a Prinicipal of Drawdy Construction, spoke about specific operational details of the project and addressed concerns about the fuel tanks and answered questions from the Board.
Mr. Benton gave an overview of the application and answered questions from the Board on drainage and fuel storage.

Motion was made by John George, and seconded by Charles Hayek to forward a recommendation of approval to the City Commission with the following conditions:
1) The storage of commercial vehicles on site is limited to the size and scale of vehicles presented by the applicant;
2) The outdoor storage of equipment and materials is limited to the scope presented by the applicant;
3) The applicant integrates additional landscaping along the rear of the truck bays to further buffer the adjacent site pursuant to City Code Section 22-187 (10).

BOARD COMMENTS
Chairman Burdge asked the Board members to locate and review the Mayfair packet since it may be needed next month.
Ms. Baker asked if previous minutes, from projects that were approved and fell by the waist side, can be provided for upcoming projects that are in the same location. Ms. Grohall stated backup material on parcels that have always been located in the city will be included in future packets.
Chairman Burdge asked the Board members to locate and review the Mayfair packet since it may be needed next month.
