OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE FORT PIERCE CRA ADVISORY COMMITTEE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2024, IN FORT PIERCE 2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, 100 NORTH US HIGHWAY 1, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA.

Motion was made by Chad Ingram, and seconded by Michael Brown, Jr. to excuse the absence of Carolyn Mann-Lurry and Hoyt Murphy.

OLD BUSINESS

Update of the CRA Recommendations from the March FPRA Meeting
Chairperson Phil Thompson gave an update on CRA recommendations that was presented by Phil Thompson and Chad Ingram at the March Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency (FPRA) meeting. The FPRA board was very receptive and there was positive feedback. The CRA committee will await the FPRA's direction.

Annual Open Government Training provided by the City Attorney

City Attorney, Sara Hedges provided an Annual Open Government Training to the committee members.

STAFF AND COMMITTEE MEMBER COMMENTS
 
a.
Discussion of FPRA and City owned properties
Due to the amount of time left, chairperson Phil Thompson requested that committee members look over the available City and FPRA owned lots on the GIS map link that Redevelopment Assistant, Sara Delgado will email to the committee members, this will help them to choose the available lots to donate to non-pofit organizations.
