FY2025 Project Based Budget Presentation
CRA Administrator Shyanne Harnage presented the FY2025 Project Based Budget and addressed the Board's questions.  

Finance Director Johnna Morris presented a summary of the outstanding debt and payoff schedule, and responded to all questions from the Board.

Commercial Façade Grant Recommendation
Redevelopment Specialist Miriam Garcia introduced the new Commercial Facade Grant Application and outlined the process. Following her presentation, the Board voted to approve a $25,000 grant for 207 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, FL.

Committee Member Edward Becht directly asked property owner, Ms. Kris Einstein, for feedback on the new Commercial Facade Grant Application process. She explained that unexpected and problematic language in the agreement had complicated the process.

Vacant and Abandoned Buildings Affecting Local Property Values, Crime and Health
Chairman Thompson asked the Board to compile a list of vacant buildings contributing to blight in the neighborhood to be discussed at next month's meeting.
