MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE ARTS AND CULTURE ADVISORY BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, HELD IN THE 2ND FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY HALL, 100 NORTH U.S. #1, FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, AT 11:00 A.M. ON TUESDAY, MAY 7, 2024.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Julie Pouliotte called the meeting to order at 11:00 a.m.

a.
Indian River Mural Design Final Approval
Audria Moore, Special Projects Coordinator, introduced artist Sean Coffey, who joined virtually to present the modifications made based on feedback from the Board's meeting on April 23, 2024.
The Board discussed the following changes:
1. Verify the Seminole Indian hats to be accurate.
2. Add some palmetto trees to the cowboy scene.
3. Include a replica of a Highwaymen painting.
4. Modify the Highwayman to be standing.
The Board agreed to review the final modifications from Mr. Coffey for approval at the next Arts and Culture Regular Meeting.

BOARD AND STAFF DISCUSSION
Chairperson Julie Pouliotte informed the Board that she will not be in attendance for the next meeting. She also mentioned that Anne Marie Bode from The Fort Pierce Rotary Club has expressed interest in discussing the design of the Rotary Club Peace Pole, which was not approved.
Audria Moore stated that Ms. Bode will have an opportunity to address the Board at the next regular meeting.

Chairperson Julie Pouliotte adjourned the meeting at 10:25 a.m.
